Baccara G500-ELM 3-Way Hydraulic Solenoid Valve is a hydraulic control valve operated by pipeline pressure and combined with a solenoid valve to open and close the water flow according to control signals. It is designed to control water flow along irrigation pipelines or within individual irrigation zones, making it particularly suitable for systems with multiple zones that need to operate independently at different times. The G500-ELM features an integrated Manual Selector, allowing operators to switch to manual control directly at the installation point for system inspection or operation.

In irrigation systems, the Baccara G500-ELM can be installed on water supply lines to open and close individual irrigation zones according to a programmed operating schedule, helping distribute water flow and pressure appropriately to each area. The valve can receive signals from a timer, relay, control panel, or PLC system, reducing the need for direct operation at valve locations far from the main control area. This is particularly useful for irrigation systems with multiple plots, pipelines, or large areas divided into several irrigation zones.

The valve uses a diaphragm mechanism combined with a 3-way pilot to control water flow using the pressure of the pipeline itself. This design enables controlled opening and closing while helping limit pressure fluctuations during operation. With a glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide valve body and a working pressure of up to 10 bar, the G500-ELM is suitable for outdoor operating environments and irrigation systems requiring frequent automatic opening and closing.

A notable feature of the G500-ELM is its combination of solenoid and manual control. When the automatic system requires inspection or maintenance, or when a control signal is unavailable, operators can use the Manual Selector to manually open or close the valve at the installation point. The valve supports multiple solenoid voltage options, including 24VAC, 12VDC, and 12VDC Latch, allowing it to be selected according to the power supply and controller configuration of each system.

Available in 3", and 4" sizes, the Baccara G500-ELM can be used in a wide range of water distribution systems, particularly drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, and medium- to large-scale automated irrigation systems. The valve is suitable for controlling independent irrigation zones, pipelines, or equipment groups that need to open and close according to an operating schedule, contributing to greater system automation and more convenient irrigation management.
